1. Who we are

Sinextasis is developed and sold by DOCE MAS UNO S.A.S., a company registered in Colombia (NIT 901964470-3) — the "we", "us" and "our" of this page.

The name you will see on the signed installer, and on your receipt, is DOCE MAS UNO S.A.S. — the same company, under its registered name.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern the purchase of a Sinextasis licence from this website.

What you may then do with the software is a separate document — the End User Licence Agreement, which is shown to you when you install Sinextasis and is available at https://sinextasis.com/eula. Both apply. Where they overlap, the End User Licence Agreement is the one that governs use of the software.

3. What you are buying

Sinextasis is a VJ application for Windows: real-time generative visuals, projection mapping, and multi-display output for live performance.

You are buying a licence to use it, not the software itself. We keep ownership of the application, its source code, its shaders and its name.

Sinextasis is also available free of charge, indefinitely, for non-commercial use. The free tier is fully featured; a paid licence removes its limits (a 720p output cap, a watermark, one display at a time, and the professional export formats) and permits commercial use. We recommend you use the free tier first and buy only once you know it runs on your hardware.

Licences are sold as subscriptions (monthly, 3-month, 6-month), as a perpetual licence, and at a discount to students and teaching staff on proof of status. Current prices are on https://sinextasis.com/pricing.

A perpetual licence includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After those 12 months the version you are entitled to keeps working, forever; you simply do not receive newer versions unless you renew. Renewal is optional and is never required to keep using what you bought.

4. Payment, tax and the seller of record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the seller of record for your purchase. That means Paddle sells the licence to you and handles the payment, invoicing, and any sales tax or VAT due where you live. Your receipt comes from them, and their terms apply to the payment itself.

Prices are shown in the currency and tax treatment applicable to your location at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Sinextasis is downloadable software. There is nothing to ship.

Your licence key is emailed to the address you used at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. Enter it in the application under LIC → ACTIVATE.

If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to hello@sinextasis.com — we will find your purchase and reissue the key.

6. How many computers

One licence activates on up to two computers you own or control, plus one spare activation for emergencies, because a failed laptop before a show should not require a support ticket. One licence is for one person; two people may not perform simultaneously under it. Full detail is in section 4 of the End User Licence Agreement.

7. Refunds and cancellation

A perpetual licence carries a 30-day money-back guarantee; a subscription carries 14 days from its first payment, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The full policy is at https://sinextasis.com/refunds and forms part of these terms.

8. No warranty

Sinextasis is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is free of defects, that it will suit your particular purpose, or that it will run without interruption on your particular hardware.

This is live performance software. Test your show before you perform it, and keep a fallback. We cannot be responsible for a performance that goes wrong.

9. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, lost work, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Support

Support is by email at hello@sinextasis.com, in English or Spanish. We aim to answer within two business days. We are a one-person operation and we say so plainly rather than implying a support department that does not exist.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms you accepted when you bought continue to apply to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the courts of Colombia have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
